Order Dispatch
Orders received before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.
Products designated “special order” are purchased from our supplier on an as-needed basis and may take up to a week to dispatch.
Free Shipping to South Australia
All orders to metro SA over $99 will be exempt from shipping charges.

Orders to regional areas incur a $13 surcharge on top of the national rate, except for 500g satchels, which are charged at a flat rate of $8.50.
Delivery Times
Orders to metro areas will typically arrive within 4-6 days. Customers in South Australia can expect their delivery within 1-2 days. Regional and remote areas may take over a week to arrive.
Warranty & Returns
We will always accept returns for damaged items, provided we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item. Similarly, incorrectly sent items or defective items will be replaced at our cost.
You may be able to return your purchase from Aviculture Hub if you change your mind, but you must contact us first. We unfortunately cannot accept returns if:
- The product has been removed from the original packaging or the labels have been removed.
- The product has become dirty or damaged.
- The product contains food or medication.
- The product was purchased on sale or using a coupon code.
- You received the product more than 14 days ago.
You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product provided by our staff. The product will remain your responsibility during transit, and we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
