Description

Granivores get most of their energy from dietary carbohydrate. This carbohydrate may occur as large, complex, sugar molecules such as those found in seeds and grains, or as simple sugars like those in nectar and fruit. These birds primarily eat seeds, fruit and other plant material but may supplement their diet with insects and live food.

Granivore Rearing Mix is a complete diet used for rearing all granivorous birds including parrots, cockatoos, finches, pigeons and doves. Can be used as a supplement for breeding birds and as a supplement to wild and captive birds.
